The MHLP in Seniors Care was a career accelerator, empowering students who already had extensive industry experience with new tools and skills. These strategic thinkers are the people you need to guide teams and projects, unite staff around a common vision, and envision new possibilities for improving standards of care. 

Graduates add value

Students have worked in diverse areas to apply principles of environmental gerontology, use data for technical decision-making and conduct quality assurance research. They are leading teams and projects within complex seniors' care environments, charting new ways forward that integrate policy, clinical practice and changing demographics.
