Cover letter, resume writing and interview workshops
A strong cover letter and resume play an essential role in communicating the value you can bring to a prospective employer. Our workshops will show you how to tailor your cover letter for specific positions and how to create a professional resume that showcases your strengths and accomplishments. You’ll also benefit from workshops on how to stand out in a job interview and negotiate your salary.
One-on-one career coaching
Our Career Services team can help you explore your career options so you develop a clear picture of the opportunities ahead. You’ll learn how other MEL and MHLP alumni have used their degrees to advance in their fields and pivot into new roles.
Alumni Association
The MEL & MHLP Alumni Association is a valuable source of information and networking potential. This association in heavily invested in building strong relationships with MEL and MHLP professionals, as well as industry leaders, to raise awareness of the unique value offered by MEL and MHLP graduates to their organizations and industries.
As an MEL or MHLP graduate, you are a lifelong member of the MEL & MHLP Alumni Association, taking your place among a growing network of leaders and innovators. Our vision is to create a global vibrant, and diverse community of professionals who mutually support each other in their ongoing leadership journey – and who are committed to helping improve the MEL and MHLP programs.
As an alumnus, you can expect to be invited to events throughout the year, including a mix-and-mingle to connect with your fellow MEL and MHLP alumni from the very first graduating class in 2016 to the most recent cohort. We hope you’ll take advantage of both formal and informal opportunities to both contribute to – and benefit from – the network connections, mentoring opportunities and career resources that come with being an MEL or MHLP grad.
