Where will your degree take you?

The Master of Engineering Leadership (MEL) and Master of Health Leadership and Policy (MHLP) professional master’s degree programs offer you the opportunity to accelerate your career and achieve your professional goals.

Students come to our programs with professional experience that ranges from two or three years to several decades in their field. Over the 12 months full-time or 24 months part-time of their degree, they deepen their technical skills, gain foundational business strategy and management knowledge, and network with other forward-thinking individuals across many different disciplines. They also benefit from numerous professional development opportunities throughout the year, including one-on-one career coaching.

It all adds up to gaining the credentials and expertise needed to take their careers into new directions and advance into positions of greater responsibility and leadership.
