Bailey Vaez

Unlocking potential and performance for organizations, communities and individuals is Bailey’s passion; be it advising Fortune 500 clients, guiding scale up technology founders and leaders or working side-by-side with business owners in the emerging markets. 

As an Industrial engineer turned award winning entrepreneur and now operations leader for scale up technology businesses, Bailey brings forward 15+ years of organizational design, people & culture, leadership and strategic operations experience. Bailey has founded and ran an employee engagement consulting firm for 13+ years and supported other entrepreneurs growing their businesses from 20 to 100+ employees. She has set up people & culture and operations functions, coached leadership teams, managed and designed customer experiences, rolled out strategic planning frameworks (OKRs), and had a part to do in product development as well. She works across the business and has continued to fill the gaps alongside founders and executive teams where needed. 

Bailey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Adult Education and Leadership from the University of Toronto, she also teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in the community. When not at work she is either planning her next global adventure or enjoying what both the city and nature offers out here in Vancouver.
