Hire Master of Health Leadership and Policy

Finding the right talent in health care is more crucial than ever.

It can be difficult to find health-care leaders who understand both frontline challenges and have the business skills in project management, change management and organizational behaviour to transform systems, create healthy workplace cultures, guide quality improvement and deliver patient-centred care.

That’s where the Master of Health Leadership and Policy comes in.

The MHLP is an interdisciplinary master’s degree that equips experienced health-care professionals and clinicians with the credentials, skills and knowledge needed to transform the health-care sector.

Our graduates are in high demand from organizations that understand the value of forward-thinking employees who can lead interdisciplinary teams, bridge communication gaps and direct complex projects that require both specific health-care knowledge and organizational leadership.

Recruitment process

Our program starts in January and ends in December, with most recruitment initiatives for current students taking place in the fall term. Reach out to our team to talk about your specific needs and we’ll customize a solution for you. You can also easily share a job posting with us that we will circulate to current students and recent alumni.

“There is such a profound need for both educators and leaders in health care, and our students are well equipped to step into those positions – using their knowledge and their critical-thinking and communication skills to lead change.”

Dr. Cheryl Segaric, former Director of the Master of Health Leadership and Policy in Clinical Education
