The MHLP is a one-year, full-time degree for practicing health professionals who want to excel in their careers, broaden their technical perspectives and acquire new business and leadership skills. The programs run from January to December and are offered by the Faculty of Applied Science School of Nursing in collaboration with the Sauder School of Business.

The MHLP degree involves about 60 per cent of your classes being technical in nature. This technical focus is balanced by cross-disciplinary courses in leadership, business and communication that will develop the broad business skills you need to successfully lead teams and manage projects.
