### Certification

The MHLP in Clinical Education fulfils most of the requirements for the [Canadian College of Health Leaders](https://cchl-ccls.ca/che-certification/)’ Certified Health Executive designation – the only designation for health-care leaders in Canada. The curriculum integrates the CCHL LEADS in a Caring Environment framework, and enables MHLP students to meet the academic qualifications and complete a LEADS in Action Project, which are the two primary criteria for the designation.
